Kevin M. Quinley Joins CLM Advisors

New York, NY — CLM Advisors is excited to announce that Kevin M. Quinley has joined its consulting and advisory group. Quinley most recently served as vice president of risk management for Berkley Life Sciences and was also the founder and president of Quinley Risk Associates, a litigation and claims management consultancy based in Washington, D.C.

“I’m thrilled to add Kevin’s expertise to the consulting services CLM Advisors offers,” says Taylor Smith, President, CLM Advisors. “His expertise in casualty claim policies and procedures, litigation management best practices, product liability claims and adjuster productivity training will help meet the demand for consulting in those areas.”

Prior to Berkley Life Sciences, Quinley was senior vice president at Medmarc Insurance Group. He is the author of 10 industry-focused books and more than 600 published articles. He also serves as a contributing editor of Claims Magazine and writes a monthly column focused on claims and litigation management.

Quinley earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree from the College of William & Mary. He holds the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and specialty designations from the American Insurance Institute in Risk Management (ARM), in Claims (AIC), in Reinsurance (ARe) and in Management (AIM).

“After 30 years of working in-house, I’m excited to expand my consulting services to the industry,” says Quinley. “Throughout my career, I’ve often seen how valuable it is to have the consulting advice of someone who had ‘been there and done that.’ I am very pleased to be joining a group that embodies that philosophy completely.”
